Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for revenue streams; invoice creation & accrued revenue postings
  • Reporting on and providing analysis on debtor accounting
  • Updating and maintaining records of expenditures.
  • Coding invoices to correct G/L account.
  • Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy and on time.
  • Posting payments and receipts to supplier/customer accounts.
  • Organising and filing invoices.
  • Preparation and posting of journals
  • Support & execute standard month-end timetable tasks including accounting and reporting
  • Conducting account reconciliations and analysis.
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with cashflow
  • Assisting with CIS and VAT filing
  • Assisting with Year-end accounts preparation
  • Assisting with Year-end tax return filing
  • Ad hocks as required

Required skills and experience:


  • ACCA or CIMA part qualified and is actively studying towards their qualification
  • Advanced level Excel skill and knowledge
  • Intermediate/Advanced level PowerPoint skill and knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail whilst being pragmatic
  • Excellent verbal communication with the ability to communicate clearly & effectively with colleagues at all levels
